Family Law Advisor is an app designed around an exclusive network—a "data center" for family court victims to document their stories, share legal and other strategy, and to monitor and infiltrate the secret society of judges, lawyers, and other "bad actors" in the family court systems nation wide, which is currently a closed and private system that flourishes on lack of information, backroom deals, and enormous profit at the expense of innocent lives. By creating a vast peer-to-peer “intelligence network”—a database of actionable information about specific attorneys, judges, and case law, litigants in the family courts finally have a means of keeping the system transparent and honest. Know your rights, before it’s too late! Your attorney won’t necessarily protect you, but FamilyLawAdvisor can! It won’t happen overnight, but the more people who download and use the app, the more knowledgable and powerful it will become—just like Google! If you have ever been victimized by family court, you owe it to future generations of litigants to download the app and contribute your detailed information (anonymously, of course). The more who are willing to share their information, the more these “bad actors” will be called to account for the injustices they inflict on innocent lives.

Over time, our goals are to utilize this mobile app and growing database in order to change and strengthen the laws, making them more just and less malleable, with less opportunity for corruption in the system—corruption that costs litigants billions of dollars every year, not to mention lost productivity and quality of life. We want to give innocent people a new weapon in dealing with family law courts that empowers them with actionable knowledge when they need it, and relevant strategic information that is specific to their location and jurisdiction, right down to the attorneys and judges who will affect their lives. This is truly revolutionary, as never before has there been a platform that aggregates all of this intelligence in one place, until now. Finally we can harness technology in order to protect our rights and those of our children at a time when we are at our most vulnerable!

The problem: 

The family law arena is corrupt, run by lawyers and judges for profit. There is very little (if any) actual “law” to protect your rights, and as a result most decisions are left to biased judges, usually based not in fact, but on which attorney has the more convincing argument, or even some other factor that has nothing to do with you or your family. Many good people are left emotionally scarred and financially bankrupt by the confusing, unfair and often brutal process of divorce, and often spend years recovering from the stress of trying to protect their rights over important issues such as finances and child custody. 

Did you know that your attorney’s primary job isn't necessarily to protect your rights? Even though you're the one paying them, they are also highly vested in impressing the judge, as well as working with the opposing council. These people are all working together as "insiders", and will continue to do so again and again—as soon as you are gone and the next victim (and their attached bank account) comes along to replace you. As a result, there may come a time when your attorney convinces you to agree to something that’s in their interest, but not in yours. The family law “circus” runs RAMPANT over such "trivial annoyances" like your constitutional rights, supposedly the highest law of the land! Of course what no-one will tell you is that the Constitution (along with all it's "inalienable" guarantees) still exists in family law—but your attorney is never going to defend them! Not because of any legal precedent, but simply because if they did, it would be the end of their careers, because there wouldn’t be any money to be made off of you, dear friend! As a result of this clever “omission”, family law attorneys profit mightily from manufactured and exacerbated conflict, which costs thousands in billable hours, often working together behind the scenes in order to orchestrate this "for profit" charade, all the while keeping you shellshocked, hoodwinked, and soon to be very very broke!

All this money should be going towards these divorcing client’s children, and in creating new happy homes post-divorce, but instead sadly ends up going to the children of the lawyers! Our app/platform aims to change all of this and finally hold this “injustice system” accountable by creating transparency and reporting on individual cases for others to utilize in theirs.
