We're trying to raise money to finish a beautiful family film we started 5 years ago--we simply need your help--please give us a hand

ALL THAT YOU LEAVE BEHIND is a film we started 5 years ago, and due to a terrible run of bad luck, we were unable to finish at the time, but now, these 5 years later, the cast and crew all came together to say that they want to finish this film and put it out on the festival circuit. Putting it together in the first place was a Herculean effort with so many talented people giving of themselves to create a beautiful family film that is as timely as it is endearing. What we lack is funding for the project, I put my life savings into making it and have no more money to put up, or I would certainly do it.
What we need the money for is to hire crew, location fees; insurance for the shoot, travel expenses and for those things we have yet to think of, contingency fees. We need your help to make this film complete and we will thank and honor those who help us. A tremendous amount of energy goes into making a film, and those efforts cannot have gone to waste on this film.
We’ve come up with a unique and clever way to film new scene’s that will lead into those scene’s shot in the past. This film will make you laugh, cry— identify with each and every character, because in them is a bit of all of us, and we wrote the film specifically to be that way. This film deserves to be finished to honor the families of the world, to honor those people that put their hearts into making it and just to give YOU the satisfaction of having helped someone make something of import, without a car chase or zombie to be found!
So--a film is a lot like a lottery, your chances of winning, in the end, aren't so great--that's just my being honest with you! All we can do is tell you that we have GREAT footage, we have an outstanding family story and we have some AMAZINGLY CREATIVE people working with us! All those things work together to mitigate our chances of failure--once finished, we are going to hit the festival circuit, with The Sundance Film Festival being our ultimate goal--as well we are looking at the Palm Beach Film Festival, The Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival, The Tribeca Festival and South by Southwest! PLEASE, help us finish and reach our goals and potential! Thanks
