About this project
WE build TINY houses.
YOU LOVE tiny houses and want to build YOUR own! YOU see the value of affordable, tiny houses across the country.
STUDENTS learn to build TINY houses while acquiring valuable skills and receiving high school credit!
THE TINY BLUEPRINTS - YOU receive BOTH our 250 square-foot TEENY TINY HOUSE blueprints and our 328 square-foot TINY HOUSE blueprints.
THE TINY NUMBERS - The cost of a 250 square-foot TINY house is approximately $15,000 in materials. We are creating a new economic future for humanity …a future where ANYONE and EVERYONE can OWN their home FREE and CLEAR!
Labor is a very real cost. We believe that the best way to make tiny houses widely available and keep TINY HOUSES extremely affordable is to teach YOU how to build YOUR very own TINY HOME!
OUR GREAT BIG PROMISE We’ll make it ridiculously easy for YOU! We will walk you through every step of the entire process, including the framing, plumbing, electrical, and finishing of the home. You pick the colors.
STUDENTS - Teaching middle and high school students how to build TINY HOUSES will give them a lot of great skills, but most of all they will graduate with a new financial vision for their own future.
SCHOOLS - Calling all Parents, Teachers, Administrators and Students – Be a HERO and bring the TINY HOUSE CURRICULUM to YOUR SCHOOL. There’s a KICKSTARTER REWARD for that.
The TINY HOUSE CURRICULUM is based on the credit requirements off Washington's State Implementation Plan (SIP). Please note, every state has a different standard for credit requirements. We will make a versatile program that can easily be adjusted to meet the credit requirements of other states. The TINY HOUSE CURRICULUM includes material specifically designed for a classroom environment, a daily schedule, weekly assignments, as well as Math, Science, and English credits.
WHAT MOTIVATES US - Safe and affordable housing for all!
The TINY HOUSE movement is a HUGE step in preserving THE AMERICAN DREAM and empowering people around the world. Backers like YOU are crucial to this TINY COMMUNITY. Join us and shares ideas, resources, and designs. www.thecollaborativetinyhouseproject.com

Risks and challenges
There’s potential financial risk when the 30-year mortgage is a thing of the past. What will happen to the economy? Hmm. Let’s find out together!
Risk living a life with financial freedom and peace of mind.
Challenge yourself to follow your dreams.
Risk traveling the world and spending more one-on-one time with family and friends.
Warning: Your happiness may be contagious and you may live a longer healthier life because of the above “risks and challenges.”*
