The first scarf that when you reverse it inside out reveals a secret rain hood.
We were working on an earlier style where the hood actually deployed from a pocket. This however created more undesirable bulk in the scarf and through trial and error we landed on our more superior direction.
We also tested more sport style hoods but for the moment this added too much extra cost and pushes the product above the price range we wanted for a great gift item. We hope to incorporate some of the details in our next version however.
This was an earlier prototype where we had mocked up the sport hood idea, hopefully we can incorporate some of these earlier explorations as a future styles we offer.

Currently Kickstarter has new rules* with reward tiers so what we are offering is the best we can do for this campaign. Please check in with our website since after this initial launch we should have other options.
IMPORTANT: As of September 20, 2012, projects in the Hardware and Product Design categories are prohibited from offering multiple quantities of a single reward. Projects in these categories can only offer one reward per pledge, with the exception of rewards that truly function as a set (e.g., salt and pepper shakers or building blocks). Offering a reward as a single quantity AND a set is not permitted.
This is correct, your purchase is going to the RainScarf campaign. This was an arbitrary name chosen earlier before this campaign for the company setup with Amazon payments.
