We've reached the point where quality needs to trump quantity. It would be simple to grab a camera and shoot whatever, whenever, and however. Modern technology has made it easy to create, which is a huge blessing but it also means that there's lot out there. We want to stand out and create something that can stick out among the masses. As a team, we'll help create the vision. We provide the material and you provide the means. In essence, the Film will be a direct representation of all of our hard work. We promise to do everything on our end and to leave no knots untied. We've already begun our "pre" pre-production but once funds are in order, we'll focus heavily on pre-production so that the project can turn out just as we've envisioned it. Our plan is to film over a five day period in August of this year and finish everything by September or October. We also plan on taking this through the Festival circuit, starting at the beginning of 2017. This Film is a stepping stone or a launching pad and we intend to make it as perfect as we can. It's a reflection of our dreams of the future and we'd love for you to be a part of it.
Your contributions will take care of: Professional equipment (Cameras, sound, lighting, etc.), trained actors, locations, props, make-up, set decoration, music, etc.
We've worked hard to ensure that the script avoids any possible "risks" but there is always the unknown and we've prepared for it. Locations are simple which eliminates any regulations we'll run into during production. To ensure that the funds are used in an orderly fashion, we've given ourselves five days to shoot the movie. Rather than separating the films shoot schedule over several weeks. We'll shoot the film in its entirety from Thursday to Monday on a weekend this coming Summer. We doubt that we'll need all five days but gave ourselves buffer days just in case we need re-shoots or touch ups. Again, we've gone over the plan beforehand to help prevent in problems in post.
