After living with anxiety and panic for many years, I've compiled all of my best tips, tricks, and coping skills into one handy journal. For 30 days, readers will learn a new tool to deal with anxiety as well as journal about the tool in order to make it their own.
My hope is that you can use this journal to become more aware of your anxiety and stress so that you can take the proper steps to heal.
I have lived with anxiety issues for the better part of my life. It wasn’t until after college and kids that I became aware of what I was dealing with, and at that point, I wanted to take control. Over the years, research, doctors, and trial and error have provided me with a wealth of knowledge. I share this information from the perspective of a woman and mother, but I firmly believe the tools provided are useful for anyone in any stage of life.
And while I still suffer from anxiety, I feel more empowered knowing that I have these skills and grateful that I can share them with you. I’m no expert and I am still on my journey. Just think of me as a friend sharing what I’ve learned.

Risks and challenges
The only risk I project with this project is completion time. I would love to have this ready for Christmas, but with short funds and many kids, it may take some fine scheduling. And, I hope Kickstarter will help with the funding portion.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
