I recently tried to download the movie but Vimeo says the offer is no longer good. I have not received the promised DVD. The email address bounces. What's up?

AT LAST! Two years and eight months after sending in my pledge, I have AT LAST received my promised rewards. Photo cropping was unusual to say the least, but at least I received what I was promised more than two years ago. Thank you.

I did send an e-mail, and never got a reply. Why would I send another?

I am still awaiting a response to a message I sent on January 12. I pledged at the $20 level, the description for which offers a DVD. In addition, I received a followup message that says, "We wanted to extend an offer to each of you that have pledged at the $20 DVD to offer a photo as well." Now I am being told that I will receive a discount coupon. That is not acceptable, as it is not what was promised.

Thanks for the update on physical goods. But, there's still no mention of digital downloads.

Could you please provide an update on that matter?
