I am a medic and nurse by trade but animal healthcare is where my passions lie.
Pet Prosthesis and Physiotherapy are not as readily available in Australia as I would hope, so Four Paws is the answer to this.
With expansion on my current training and a good 3D printer I believe I can make a real difference. The ultimate plan is to do some courses and training in animal physiotherapy as well as design and develop personalised prosthesis for animals.
With this funding I will be able to purchase the 3D printer, enough materials to get started and a small amount of technical training.
Once funded I will be working with local pets to change their quality of life, returning the mobility every living creature deserves.
Selling Four Paws merchandise is our main way to really raise funds required for this project.
Please find below a few of the things available.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Risks and challenges
Lack of time and training makes this a slow process but nevertheless an important project.
We need an appropriate 3D Printer, materials and funds for a website and other means for people to contact us for prosthesis.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
