When super-villains like Galactoid, Dron the Conqueror, or Professor Kill are defeated, they're sent to a government maximum security facility. But what about small-timers like Phileas Frost, The Grappler, or the random jump-suited agents of H.A.R.M.? What happens to the bank robbers, jewel thieves, and anonymous henchmen?
They post bail.
And sometimes, they skip town afterward. That's where Lucy Chase comes in. Keeping super-powered lowlifes in line is a dangerous job; especially when you don't have super-powers yourself. Bounty hunters who specialize in supers are few and far between, keeping Lucy in high demand.
NEW REWARD LEVEL ADDED—ORIGINAL ART!
Who will love The Catch?

Sounds good. What's in it for me?
The Catch #1 is a 32-page standard-sized American comic, printed on high-quality paper.
The extra-sized first issue includes 24 sequential pages of action. But we plan to tell a bunch of stories with Lucy and Jack.
All backers will also receive TWO digital versions of the comic: digital versions in English and Español, as well as being listed in the print and digital editions of the comic (as a "customer" of Tilman Bail Bonds).
The comics industry is buzzing about THE CATCH!
"THE CATCH is the kind of gleeful, clever deconstruction of a genre that can only be pulled off by creators who secretly love it. The freshest take on super-heroes and super-villains in the "real world" since POWERS. I'm mad I didn't think of it myself!" – Phil Hester, cartoonist
“THE CATCH is a superhero crime caper that blends the best of both genres to create something wholly new, engaging and memorable. Bryant, Canales, Surroca, and Murrin expertly weave a story that evokes greats like Elmore Leonard, Greg Rucka and Ed Brubaker without feeling like a carbon copy. As someone who enjoys all things noir and super-powered, THE CATCH is a perfect match.” - Alex Segura, acclaimed author of BLACKOUT
“THE CATCH is a great looking book with a fun premise. The team of Bryant, Canales, Surroca, and Murrin have a winner on their hands.” – Jamal Igle, co-creator of THE WRONG EARTH from Ahoy Comics.
“A little bit sci-fi, a little bit superhero, and a little bit good-natured procedural on top of it all, THE CATCH is such an obvious idea, I'm mad I didn't come up with it myself! Engaging, fun, and with a ton of potential -- you're gonna like spending time with Lucy Chase.” – Erik Burnham, IDW’s GHOSTBUSTERS
"Lucy Chase is a new era Karen Sisco in this action-packed and thrilling take on bounty hunting super-villains. Full of finesse and suspense, you won't be disappointed reading THE CATCH!" – Shawn Pryor, CASH + CARRIE
“THE CATCH is a fun, sexy caper in the style of 70s classics like THE THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR. Sleek and slick.” – Wendi Freeman, DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD
