The game will lead you to a creepy world ruled by demonic creatures you will have to fight with the help of your parents and friends. The player finds himself in a biblical adventure and his goal is not limited to surviving: indeed, characters will take part in an intricate plot, rife with suspense and barriers which will undermine, in all possible ways, the ultimate goal: Redemption!
Evil Seal is different from other similar games mainly because it’s placed between the next generation survival horror games (such as H1Z1) and the classics like Resident Evil or Silent Hill.
A new gaming experience will accompany you wherever you are whenever you want. This is one of the reasons why, at least at the beginning, it will work only on IOS and Android devices.
Anyway we would like to reserve the possibility of creating also a version available for Windows, MAC, XBOX One and PlayStation 4 (step 4).

This version includes a very little demonstration of what latest version will be. In fact, it will count on a wider and more complex scenario including various cities, forests and mansions, monster creatures and many selectable characters; moreover, each one of them will possess both physical skills (better speed and strength) and manual skills (ability to break open doors, light a fire, fix objects and so on).
The player will be able to combine objects in order to build new stronger weapons and useful tools to unlock doors and solve more and more complicated riddles which will help him to go on with the story. In order to regain health, the player will be able to collect herbs and medicines.
We estimated very carefully the budget needed to achieve the first definitive version of the project and we divided it into 4 steps.
The first step consists of a minimal version of the game only available on Android and IOS devices, with all the functions introduced above and with a map including a city, forests and some mansions. For such a step a €30,000 investment is required to cover the costs regarding 3d assets, the server, software for the optimization of models, music, new characters’ animations, sound and visual effects. Besides, I will include also an epub version of the e-book " the history of Evil Seal" written by Eleonora Mandese. It will take one year to complete this step.
For the second step the purchase amounts to €50,000 and, like the first step, it allows us to add 3 more servers and a larger map with 3 more cities.
For the third step the estimated budget is €250,000 and implies not only the improvement of the first 2 steps but also the addition of 3 more servers and cities and the development of an engine that allows the player to create characters with customizable physical features.
The forth step, consisting of a €2,000,000 investment, is an optimization of the previous 3 steps with the addition of 3 more servers. At the beginning Evil Seal will be available only in Italian and in English but this step includes also the integration of 3 new languages: French, Spanish and German. Besides, the game will be adapted for Windows, Xbox ONE, PlayStation 4 and MAC.
Risks and challenges
The unique challenge I might face after my project is funded is the time I need to publish the game. I'm quite sure I can manage to do the minimal version
within a year as I said in the description as regards the first step. Anyway I'm involved in some projects for work which might shift my time table.
I want also to reassure backers that in the event of delay I will not make it last more than 1 year.
