      Nothing here, too. :-/

I'm wondering what takes my package this long? I live in the US, and I've been contacting the creator for over a month and she never replied to me, I want a refund.

    3. METEAU FRANCOIS on October 4, 2014

Cards arrived in France. Good Quality and well protected.
      Thanks !

Decks arrived here - UK - on 2nd October; the eagle eyed will also have spotted the typos on the tuck. Pleased to have the decks - as a few mentioned, there were times I thought we'd been abandoned.

    5. Wang Tien on October 2, 2014

note: a '221b Baker Street' card would have been nice..

    6. Wang Tien on October 2, 2014

got mine this morning (here in Belgium) from China. gorgeous and high quality (except typo for 6 of Spades as mentioned below by Laurent)

I concur with Neil's comments below. But great achievement nevertheless ! Thanks !

Cards Arrived today 2nd October in England. Good quality, very nice.

    8. Neil Alexander on October 2, 2014

      Mine just arrived.
As expected, cards themselves are well printed and designed. No real printing errors on the cards (which is good given my next point) and overall, very happy with the cards themselves.
The main problem I had with this project is the communication between creator and backer. I realise that with only one person, things can get hectic and with the family troubles, that can only get worse. However, it takes a few minutes at most to reassure backers that things are either delayed or running along smoothly. There were weeks at a time when backers genuinely had no idea what was happening and that should never really happen.
In regards to the present, the creator of any KS should always hang around their page after the project has shipped, in case there are any errors that backers wish to query. I really get the feeling that anyone with error copies will just have to live with them.
In conclusion, the cards themselves are great and if the cards had been shipped a little earlier and with a lot more communication between backer and creator, I would have no problem reccommending friends to projects like these.

    9. J on October 2, 2014

      Just got mine in Australia.

The cards themselves are gorgeous. The graphics are amazing. It's unusual to get matted cards. I think glossy would have been more popular. the top looks a little bare as it has a plate with nothing on them {in comparison to the bottom which states what the picture is}. Plus the Napoleon bust seems to have more hair than I expected.. perhaps it's a younger photo of him.

In regards to the pins. Very disappointed as I paid extra for the badges and wanted the silver pin ones and the magnet ones were sent.. {still partly my fault as I did not specify which ones I wanted - but the survey did not ask which ones I wanted and defaulted to the magnet ones}.

In regards to the project overall: It would have been nice to have had more communication with the creator as once the project finished funding Ashram did not have time to post updates or statuses although it did seem to be one person running the show so it could have gotten a little crazy at time.

      Many kudos to Ashram.

Just got mine in Malaysia, the quality of the tuck boxes leave much to be desired, the art is superb as advertised but the printing quality on the back of the cards (especially my Moriarty deck) is sub par and some of my cards came slightly damaged. Quality control was obviously not done, might be due to the creator running a one-lady production and fulfillment team. Overall I would give this product a 5/10 on my satisfaction level. Still, props for the effort by @Creator though. :)

    11. METEAU FRANCOIS on September 26, 2014

Nothing for me (France - Lille)...

    12. Laurent V on September 25, 2014

I received my cards in France, I have found an error on a card "the bRuning letter" instead of "the bUrning letter" (6 of spades)

    13. Agasia on September 24, 2014

I have just received my cards (I live in Poland). The parcel was sent from China not Canada. Cards are beautiful and quality is very high. Big THANK YOU!

Eastern Canada here... and I have yet to see mine.

    15. Neil Alexander on September 22, 2014

Guys if it took 10 odd days to get from Canada to America, it's going to take a while longer to get to the UK and beyond. I'm trying to be as patient as possible and I just hope that when my cards turn up that there's no printing errors or anything on them. I really don't want to go through the hassle of getting a replacement set :(

    16. Christian N. Hofmann on September 22, 2014

Also nothing in Germany. Even by ship, the parcel should have reached me by now.

    17. Yvonne UK on September 22, 2014

Nothing here in the UK and mail from Canada is normally 1 week.

Just received my reward of cards and all of the badges here at work in San Diego, California. Everything looks great and I went with the magnetic badges.

    22. Neil Alexander on September 16, 2014

Well I would assume that European packages would take quite a bit longer to arrive than others. That said, I'd expect the American/Canadian ones to have arrived (or arriving very soon) ^_^

    23. Agasia on September 16, 2014

I live in Europe and I haven't received anything yet.

    24. Laurent V on September 15, 2014

Has anybody received his parcel ?

    25. Shea Antoinette on September 2, 2014

      I agree with ya, neil

I have backed playing card kickstarters where the creators had to collate, box, shrink wrap, package, and mail out by themselves and still had a quick turnaround once the supplies were shipped to them... And they kept us informed the whole way through...

I hope everything is alright up there in Canada... @_@
Please just let us know... Please...

    26. Neil Alexander on September 2, 2014

Can I ask why you've had the cards for almost a month now and seemingly none of them have been shipped to backers? I'm sure we are all being very patient with you to deliver them, but that will only continue if you update us all on how the shipments are beginning to progress. You did say on one of the past updates that you should update what you are doing more frequently in the future. I believe, and I'm sure many other backers would agree, that this should be one of those times.
One of my other kickstarters was supposed to arrive in November and only arrived two weeks ago, but I was patient with them as they kept writing regular updates to why their product was being delayed. I would be feeling a lot happier and more patient here, if I had more updates and reassurances that I will be getting my cards soon.

    27. Laurent V on August 31, 2014

I think that nothing had been sent otherwise an update would have been published...

Hey...Sorry, I just wanted to ask too if the packages had been shipped already and how long they will take to Austria/Europe? I actually wanted to use one of my two items as a birthday present in September....

    31. Shea Antoinette on August 27, 2014

      @Joyce and everyone else wondering
I have not received anything as well. Dallas, Texas. USA

    32. Neil Alexander on August 20, 2014

@Joyce As there hasn't been an update to say that any have been shipped, I would assume that none have been shipped as of yet. That said, I'd love to be wrong and have it turn up within the next few days :)

    33. J on August 19, 2014

Has anyone received theirs yet? I'm in Australia and haven't gotten mine as yet.

    34. Neil Alexander on August 6, 2014

Can I ask how many decks have been shipped atm? I ask because I'm really hoping to give mine as a present for a September 19th birthday and I would hate for it to be late :)

      That's a good update, thanks ;-)

she logged in a couple days ago, but didn't say a word...

    37. Véronique Levrier on July 21, 2014

Hello, of course we would understand if your family problems are still taking a lot of your time, but a simple update would be nice, you told us that you would have photos soon and we still have nothing. Your latest update was more than a month ago; we should legitimately be receiving our goods now but it doesn’t seem to be the case. So please update. Sincerely V L

    38. Natcon on July 19, 2014

If you needed more time because of family issues I am definitely cool with that. But to not even be bothered to spend a minute to update your backers is bush league stuff.

Hi There I think I would like a refund please, its so rude not to reply to emails or your backers.
I know you have family issues but it does not excuse lack of communication.

    41. Neil Alexander on July 15, 2014

I'd like to hear of another update as well please. It's been over 5 weeks since you said the cards would be done in 3. While I understand that other things could have gotten in the way etc, a small update to let us know what the plan is would be much appreciated. Thank you.
