180Dayz-the comicstrip for teachers by a teacher. You have seen the weekly cartoons about teaching and education at 180Dayz. com (or maybe you haven't, in which case you should mosey on over to http://180dayz.com/). Now coming to you via crowdfunding on Kickstarter is 180Dayz first merchandise release, a full color 11X17 glossy school year (September 2016-August 2017) wall calendar, each month showcasing a themed 180Dayz comic!
The funds raised will be used to cover the cost of printing the calendars and shipping them out to those of you who funded this project and made it a reality!
I've already got the quote from the printer, have begun creating the comics, and am ready for this bad boy to get funded so I can send my finished work to the printer and have these puppies printed by July so I can ship them out to ya'll by August, in time to ensure you have a rocking school year!

Risks and challenges
The risk is that aliens may come down to Earth with a device that will suck the creative genius out of my body, leaving me unable to finish the comics in time for the printer.
The other major risk is that there may ensue a world-wide ink shortage that will render all printer establishments unable to fulfill the calendar order and I will have to copy and color by hand all the calendars using chart paper and crayons, making it impossible for me to hit my August delivery deadline (unless of course I can outsource this task to an army of oompa loompas, which may be a viable option if necessary)
Other than that, I am fully confident in my ability to forgo sleep, food, and other bodily needs in order to finish this project and get you the goods by the deadline. All I need is for you all to show some love and support!
