Dear Psy-Captains,

Development Update #1

We hope you had a wonderful end of the year and that 2019 is set to be a wonderful year!

The author and our development team has been hard at work to bring the game to completion. Most of the content being already done, the heart of Mutant's development is about balancing and play-testing again and again. Its asymmetric nature forces to explore a wide array of combinaitions.

1) Here is what is finished or close to completion (just some final balancing):

- Core Set

- Second Wave

- KS Promos

- Alternate Starters

- PsyCaptains

2) The Following Items are very advanced yet not settled:

- Heroics

- Buildings

- 4 Solo Boss decks

3) This final item needs to be playtested after significant changes:

- Orbs

More play-tests are happening this week in relation to orbs and heroics. As soon as the last touch is put on all cards, we will move on bringing this content to its final layout and will move on to the production phase!

Until next time,

Quack!

They are player powers you may discard a card that matches their genes to activate them then you knock down that card to say you used it it flips back up every round so you can only do them 5 times per game

Glad to hear that guys. I have a question about the psy-captains. From playing the mobile game, the psy-captains are actually the players. What is the purpose of those cards in the board game? How are they going to work? Are those just unique abilities for each player, or are they just for cosmetics?

Have a lot of cards changed since you posted em on campaign? A few promo cards don't strike me as doing anything particularly promoy
