Looks really interesting, this one. And quite tough, too, with the amount of portal cards (and assorted tower destruction)! Gonna see a lot of knocked out heroes on this mode, I feel :)
Sorry if this was already asked. Will the expansions fit in the base game box?
Looks great and a cool solution! Thanks for the update :-)
+1 to the question about map variability - will it be possible to have different map setups, or is it always exactly the one pictured in the example (I mean the position of the paths)?
@Vascariz - Yes, it supports variable player count? It's a fixed setup with everything else variable :) No Portal Storm is specifically harder than another - But they have extremely varied spawn behavior that will force you to adapt every single time.
@F.S.P - If you are not familiar with the rule of the game, this can looks a little intimidating. But worry not. It's actually very simple and will obviously be clearly explained in the rulebook.
@Scott - Thanks! It is easily extendable indeed!
Does this support variable player count?
So the map is variable set up or fixed "levels"?
Do all tiles come in play but come in completely randomly? What happens if a really hard tile comes in the first wave?
I hope those things are well explain in the Rulebook because I find them a little confusing...
That seems like a fun mode!
Will there just be the one map/deck, or might we see a Stretch Goal with another? Though I guess that’s also a decent option for cheap add-on/retail expansion. Just a few small decks of cards and some sheets with different map layouts on it.
