Written by J.M. Barrie as a play in 1904 and then as a novel in 1911, Peter Pan is a timeless tale that is widely known and loved. Despite this, much of the original book has been left out of many of the more modern adaptations and many aspects of the story have been forgotten and overshadowed by more popular renditions of the story.
I really wanted to share Barrie's clever and poetic writing in a medium that I greatly enjoy, and hopefully ignite interest in the book once again!

This is the third volume of the Peter Pan comic. The first two volumes were successfully funded through Kickstarter in previous years. This volume will contain chapters 7-10 of the webcomic (134 pages). For the print version of this comic, all pages will have slightly updated art, as in the sample below:
Volume 3 will cover the parts of the adventures on the island that Barrie mentions, but doesn't go into great detail about. Those adventures have been fleshed out in these chapters, covering part of the year or more the children spend on the island!
Here are a few other pages to be included (and will be updated):
Here are the rewards! As always, you can add a Peter Pan book (Volume 1, 2 or 3) by adding $15 to your pledge to any level with shipping included, or for $5 you can add a digital copy to any level.
Plus, a new bonus reward: The Goal Reached Bonus! All backers who help us reach the first goal will get an all new digital picture of a Peter Pan character that you all will vote on. This reward is only active until we reach $2,800, so back soon if you want it!
Also, there are a quite a few great reward tiers! Here are some visual breakdowns:
They will unlock as we reach them, and if we get through the list, more will be added!
The first comic was posted in September of 2011 and has been running since then. The comic updates once a week, on Sundays.
You can read the comic online at the following places:
You can also follow the comic’s facebook page where I post new pages, quotes from the book, and other Peter Pan related things.

On top of that, she and writer Ben Hsu, the members of Tiny Blue Dragon Studio, make Licensed Heroes and Dubious Company (now completed).
She draws full time and teaches English part time. In her spare time (of which there is little) she reads manga, plays video games, and does whatever new hobby she’s discovered. (No, seriously, she needs to stop getting new hobbies). She's run four successful kickstarters to publish Tales of a Gaijin, Peter Pan Volume 1, Peter Pan Volume 2 and Princess Retribution.
The art for the cover! ^_^ This is also the art that will go on the tote bag, as well as being part of the Patron Perk (all patrons for the month will get a little extra something ^_- )
New reward art! The chibi Tink art for the Tink Tier! This will be on the notebook and the decorated keychain (which will be adorned with ribbons, charms, shiny things, appropriately Tink stuff ^_- )
And the Tiger Lily art for her tier has been finished as well!
The Wendy art is finished! ^_^
The Peter art is finished!
The Kickstarter Illustration is finished! $5 and up people will get this as a digital reward, and because we hit the stretch goal, all shipped rewards will get a bonus print of this art!
Any and all updates will be posted here! Stay tuned! ^_^
Risks and challenges
As I've completed and fulfilled quite a few kickstarters before, I'm pretty well prepared for anything that might be thrown at me. I am just one person, so I will budget plenty of time to make sure I have enough time to complete everything properly and get you good quality products.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
