TAKEDOWN @E3!

Hey Kickstarters!

Last week was E3, and we were excited to be showing TAKEDOWN behind closed doors to press at the 505 booth.

The week was a crazy one, with concurrent press interviews happening every half hour for all three days of the show.  One cool thing that happened is that I got word over the internets that two of our Kickstarters were at the show, NO_FEAR and Boomer.  Before we opened the doors, I decided we should get them into the booth before any press.  NO_FEAR had a VIP pass from Sony, so he was easy, but Boomer just had a floor badge, and security wouldn't let him through, so I had to get a little creative.  I went back to the 505 booth, borrowed a badge from one of our marketing folks, and then surreptitiously had Boomer swap it out with his, and get him through security.

Here are some pictures from the booth:

Also, here are some new screenshots!

Our original intention was to have hi-rez gameplay footage to release to Kickstarters last Tuesday, unfortunately that got SNAFU'd!  We are working on some new hi-rez footage and will get it out to you as soon as we can.

In place, here is a link to Gamespot's (unexpected) livestream, where they talked themselves past check in and got into the booth, taking me by surprise. :)

Also, here are some news articles we have gathered from the show:

TAKEDOWN Kickstarters!

Hey TAKEDOWN Kickstarters!

Just a note that if you want to keep up with current TAKEDOWN developments, please come to our site at www.serellan.com.

I've gotten lots of messages that I am sending too many updates through Kickstarter, so updates like this audio shoot video are posted at the TD site:

As we have for the past year, Kickstarters get special access on the forums, and if you haven't signed up for it yet, we're happy to hook you up!

Thanks,

Christian
