As much as I would like to support you guys in your next Sci-fi project, I just can't. Your KS project has been my worst KS experience so far. The game never was finished, and for you to just drop it and move on to another project is really disrespectful. I really had hoped you would have had more decency than this.

Good luck with this next project, although I, for one, won't be supporting it, vocally nor financially.

Sorry for sounding like a dick. Bad day and shouldn't have taken it out on here. I'll send an e-mail in a bit :/

Never got my fucking steam key...but I'm guessing that was probably for the best.

    8. Creator Stephen Cordova on August 9, 2014

Just to be clear from you Christian, I paid $2500 to have my face and name in the game and as of now neither one are in the game at all?

    9. Creator Casper Manfred Andersen on June 28, 2014

So I remembered that I actually backed this, though I have never gotten the steam key. Can I still get one?

    10. Creator Mark on June 21, 2014

I have to say this game fucking sucks, my most disappointing Kickstarter. Next time don't lie about your funding, and keep it a PC exclusive game to save costs for fuck sake. I won't buy any of your products in the future, I'll remember the name.

    11. Creator Unrequited on June 9, 2014

Just saw the trailer for the Rainbow Six: Siege (just released an hour ago): and it looks way closer to what I wanted than Takedown. : ( Too bro' twitch for my tastes, but at least it has a planning stage, multiple entry, and squad tactics. Ugh. SO heartbreaking.

Anyone else get a DVD in the post from Serellan?

    13. Creator johncage on May 27, 2014

well that was a complete failure.

Hello, backed this two years ago and was wondering when the ps3 version is getting a release? Also, will it still be third person view? Cheers.

Just saw this morning that Takedown is now on Xbox 360 Arcade:

@Josh You shouldn't let one bad egg ruin the batch. I've kickstarted plenty of other projects that have been a success, most recently the Double Fine Adventure. Serellan showed videos early on, so the quality of the product does not surprise me.

    17. Creator Josh Cunningham on February 15, 2014

Very disappointed in this game. I don't expect a refund, I knew it was risky supporting a game like this. Too bad the game just doesn't come anywhere close to the quality or gameplay of classic rainbow six games. It has definitely been a learning lesson for me to never kickstart things in the future, no matter how promising they look.

    18. Creator Joey Corinthos on November 20, 2013

Hey, I've been unable to use Killhouse Unlock code I got via email.

    19. Creator Derik on November 14, 2013

Late response, but I still haven't received my key yet. I did receive the early access one from a while back but the main key never came.

    20. Creator Hisham Madani on September 30, 2013

Agreed Frogacuda. Its a risk and if you weren't ready for the possibility of disappointment, you shouldn't have put the money down at all. I would like my Key though which I have yet to receive (and I even checked gmail promotions).

    21. Creator Frogacuda on September 29, 2013

I always look at a Kickstarter pledge as an investment (and thus a risk), and it's clear that our investment in this case has not paid off. Which is a shame. I'm not going to get angry and demand a refund, although if I had spend $100 on it, I might be singing another tune (which is why I wouldn't spend that on a KS unless I had a lot of confidence in it).

Hopefully they can get the multiplayer functional and it'll turn into something playable at least.

    23. Creator coribald on September 26, 2013

Christian, why would you green light releasing this game in its current state? You've totally alienated anyone who could potentially playing this game by giving them a broken mess. What could possibly have been the harm in delaying a few months until the major issues (that I refuse to believe you guys weren't aware of) were resolved and the game was ready to go? Could it have possibly been any worse than the current state of the game?

I've been looking forward to this for months, but after release, a patch, and a hotfix and I STILL can't properly join any multiplayer game (Nice try with the Steam browser, but there are still no player counts and most of the time it just launches to the main menu), I don't feel like coming back. Too much else is out there and worth more of my time.

$15 isn't much, but I should've put it somewhere else. My mistake.

    24. Creator Christian Allen, Serellan LLC on September 24, 2013

I will be responding with instructions on the unlock key today @ Terry is reponding to those who didn't receive their steam keys. FYI.

    25. Creator Fr33f4llSh00t3r on September 24, 2013

I would just like to have my key regardless if its broken or not . Sent a message to christian , nothing yet , but lets see what happens .

    26. Creator Lasstmichdurch on September 24, 2013

      like macklemore...75$ for a tshirt...

    27. Creator Jared Burke on September 23, 2013

I wonder where my $125 pledge went to? Drugs? Strippers? Booze? Maybe it went towards a new flat screen or a pool at Christian's House? It sure as hell didn't go towards this junk game. I would love to see the budget for this game.

    28. Creator Tyler Allen on September 23, 2013

What is this crap? Apparently we were all scammed by broken promises and lies. All of our hard earned money was washed down the toilet. I recently played a free to play game better than "Letdown the game". The sounds, graphics, AI, storyline are all worthless even 10 years ago. A refund is hardly an apology - and it doesn't matter since all the money is gone now.

    29. Creator Adam Holcomb on September 23, 2013

Are you giving refunds, or am I stuck with a broken game?

    30. Creator Dane on September 23, 2013

I know there is more than enough negative feedback, but I don't see how anyone could have deemed this game as ready to ship.

The game isn't unredeemable, but IF its patched to "playable" state, a majority of the community will already have jumped ship.

I think of kickstarter like every-man's angel investment. Sometimes you fund something and its much better than expected and other times you fund Takedown.

    31. Creator Mishtal on September 23, 2013

I'm glad i backed the game up because i truly want a successor to Rainbow 6/Hardcore tactical shooter to hit the markets... but this is just awful. i cannot find one good thing to say about this game. You win some you lose some.

    32. Creator Jeff Taylor on September 22, 2013

Oh, thanks for the link . Now I know what a risk is? LoL
We were told one thing and ended up with something else.

    33. Creator Kyle Horton on September 22, 2013

I haven't gotten my key either. The prior update said they'd all be sent out no later than the 19th?

    34. Creator m.Locke on September 22, 2013

We all took a risk, if you feel burned you shouldn't have taken the risk in the first place. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/risk

    35. Creator Jeff Taylor on September 22, 2013

Well, I just played it and I am very disappointed. I wasted my money. I feel like I was ripped off. The game is terrible. I think I am done with kickstarter. What a waste.

    36. Creator Jared Burke on September 22, 2013

This game is a joke.... Why would you release a game that is so incomplete... I spent $125 backing this game and i regret every single dollar of it. There is ZERO tactics involved. Honestly GTA has more tactics than this game.

    37. Creator Sam Reese on September 22, 2013

Contributed 50 and have not received a key yet. Meh

    38. Creator efovex on September 21, 2013

Okay, did you really have to rush development like that? The game appears to be broken on release. :(

I think nobody would've minded you taking a bit more time to polish the game, iron out all the bugs, maybe improve the graphics. Unless you were pressured by your investor(s), which is something I obviously don't have insight to.

    39. Creator Micael Levesque on September 20, 2013

Hey! I think i got left behind! I havent got yet my key! Don't tell me you have ran out of them already... :( !!!

    40. Creator Antifnity on September 19, 2013

Got my Steam key! I'm primarily a Mac user, so I'm hoping for a port some day.

    41. Creator Christian Allen, Serellan LLC on September 17, 2013

@Justin send me a message on Kickstarter with your old email address and your new one and we will see if we can update our database.

    42. Creator Justin on September 17, 2013

Hey guys. The last update said that the keys would "be distributed via email TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU HAD REGISTERED WITH KICKSTARTER WHEN YOU PLEDGED." My email that I had at the time I pledged has actually been taken down. I don't know if you heard about the whole lavabit debacle? Is there a solution for people like me?

    43. Creator Rickard on September 17, 2013

Things are starting to look good! Hope theres rome for Linux/Mac aswell :)

    44. Creator Christian Allen, Serellan LLC on September 17, 2013

Hey guys, I will post a larger update tonight, but keys will be out before the 20th.

    45. Creator Nicholas Tang on September 17, 2013

Steam keys coming out any soon? :)

    46. Creator Seumas Froemke on September 15, 2013

Just wondering when Steam keys will get sent out? The August 27th update said they'd be sent out, but didn't indicate when.

    47. Creator Sanchez on September 13, 2013

I've played the alpha, taken part in the community and GUESS WHAT - I cannot wait to get back to a game where GAMEPLAY is key, tactics and communication keeps you alive and where you staying alive counts.

      Roll on Takedown - I'm ready !

    48. Creator Ed Oliva on September 10, 2013

Hey, I'd like to know if there's a PS3/PSN version of the game. I remember back when the survey was sent out, the option was there.
