The downside to kick-it-forward (besides rampant misinformation) is that it can take a long time before it returns anything to the other projects. I do look forward to seeing which projects the honor-system based effort does fund in the next year or two when it starts to really pay off.

Christian, if you're reading this, the PC Community is really worrying about the gameplay of the game. Note to KS folks messaging me, Kickitforward is pledging profits from the final product, not from the KS pledges to this project (which would be not cool to the people who pledged to us anyways), so we are not in a position to pledge % to your current projects. Hopefully this project sticks with what they originally visioned on PC as a hardcore tactical first person shooter with coop like the first 3 rainbow six's or swat 3/4 and not some casual third person shooter like vegas or the newer ghost recons or some stupid MLG focus. I would prefer leaving that stuff for the console version.

If i am correct all pledges should be credited already by now, and for everyone that pledged $15 or more you will get the game without additional cost as it is part of the reward you get for pledging that amount.

just wanna ask: if i pledged $25 or more & the game gets released, would my pledged amt. get credited into the full amt. of the game or do i have to pay full? i.e., if the game cost $50 would i only pay $25 because of my pledged amt. or do i still pay $50? i also wanna suggest that the xbox version of the game be in 1st person perspective just like the old school tactical shooters. it's just more authentic if it's in 1st person than in 3rd person & it forces players to have better situational awareness due to the narrower p.o.v. Kindly implement a "kill-cam" or some sort of way for players to locate their killer(s) so it severely limits camping. the last thing i want in a no-respawn game is for it to be a campfest. can't wait for this game's release date!
cant wait for this game, so fed up with the same old shooters . hoping ps3 version is something like older socoms myself.
I find it funny to see ppl flooding the Serellan forums with ideas and even some with demands, it seems ppl dont realise that everything costs time, maybe ppl could give the Serellan team a little breather and im sure they will update us with all new developments when the time is there for it.
I hope the investors will give you and your team enough room to create the game you and we have in mind, and enjoy your holiday you better rest and relax enough cause when your back you got some work to do :)
@Eric, I just got eviscerated in the last few days for Takedown supporters posting on other KS pages. Wish you the best, but KS folks don't like that kind of thing. Trust me, I have the hate mail to prove it. No hate from me, but passing on advice.

@Christian Allen, As alec said, if you get to choose which project you can fund with the kickitforward money i'd recommend the Dead Linger.
Give us some update when you choose engine which you want to work with.
I've really interested in Unity or Unreal Engine because they have Mac/Linux support though some features.

@Alec, the Kick it Forward is from any "profits" from the project, not from the KS funds pledged, which woudl be a bit lame.
Since you've promised to give a percentage of the funds raised back, can I recommend "The Dead Linger"? It's an open-world, zombie survival game. In my opinion, the modern game industry needs to leviathans to redirect it towards quality and innovation: A hardcore tactical shooter, and an gritty zombie survival game.

Even though they reached their goal, will said "potential investors" still invest? I mean the rate of pledges is hardly as impressive as other certain projects, said investors may not really see this as a success. Hate to be a stick in the mud but I'm its a possibility.
