Late response, but I still haven't received my key yet. I did receive the early access one from a while back but the main key never came.

Agreed Frogacuda. Its a risk and if you weren't ready for the possibility of disappointment, you shouldn't have put the money down at all. I would like my Key though which I have yet to receive (and I even checked gmail promotions).

    3. Frogacuda on September 29, 2013

I always look at a Kickstarter pledge as an investment (and thus a risk), and it's clear that our investment in this case has not paid off. Which is a shame. I'm not going to get angry and demand a refund, although if I had spend $100 on it, I might be singing another tune (which is why I wouldn't spend that on a KS unless I had a lot of confidence in it).

Hopefully they can get the multiplayer functional and it'll turn into something playable at least.

Christian, why would you green light releasing this game in its current state? You've totally alienated anyone who could potentially playing this game by giving them a broken mess. What could possibly have been the harm in delaying a few months until the major issues (that I refuse to believe you guys weren't aware of) were resolved and the game was ready to go? Could it have possibly been any worse than the current state of the game?

I've been looking forward to this for months, but after release, a patch, and a hotfix and I STILL can't properly join any multiplayer game (Nice try with the Steam browser, but there are still no player counts and most of the time it just launches to the main menu), I don't feel like coming back. Too much else is out there and worth more of my time.

$15 isn't much, but I should've put it somewhere else. My mistake.

I wonder where my $125 pledge went to? Drugs? Strippers? Booze? Maybe it went towards a new flat screen or a pool at Christian's House? It sure as hell didn't go towards this junk game. I would love to see the budget for this game.

What is this crap? Apparently we were all scammed by broken promises and lies. All of our hard earned money was washed down the toilet. I recently played a free to play game better than "Letdown the game". The sounds, graphics, AI, storyline are all worthless even 10 years ago. A refund is hardly an apology - and it doesn't matter since all the money is gone now.

I know there is more than enough negative feedback, but I don't see how anyone could have deemed this game as ready to ship.

The game isn't unredeemable, but IF its patched to "playable" state, a majority of the community will already have jumped ship.

I think of kickstarter like every-man's angel investment. Sometimes you fund something and its much better than expected and other times you fund Takedown.

I'm glad i backed the game up because i truly want a successor to Rainbow 6/Hardcore tactical shooter to hit the markets... but this is just awful. i cannot find one good thing to say about this game. You win some you lose some.

Well, I just played it and I am very disappointed. I wasted my money. I feel like I was ripped off. The game is terrible. I think I am done with kickstarter. What a waste.

This game is a joke.... Why would you release a game that is so incomplete... I spent $125 backing this game and i regret every single dollar of it. There is ZERO tactics involved. Honestly GTA has more tactics than this game.

Okay, did you really have to rush development like that? The game appears to be broken on release. :(

I think nobody would've minded you taking a bit more time to polish the game, iron out all the bugs, maybe improve the graphics. Unless you were pressured by your investor(s), which is something I obviously don't have insight to.

Hey guys. The last update said that the keys would "be distributed via email TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU HAD REGISTERED WITH KICKSTARTER WHEN YOU PLEDGED." My email that I had at the time I pledged has actually been taken down. I don't know if you heard about the whole lavabit debacle? Is there a solution for people like me?

I've played the alpha, taken part in the community and GUESS WHAT - I cannot wait to get back to a game where GAMEPLAY is key, tactics and communication keeps you alive and where you staying alive counts.

      Roll on Takedown - I'm ready !

Hello - So far the progress on the game has been awesome! Just wanted to know if backers are going to be offered the choice of platform between Xbox 360 or PC. For example I am a backer and I would prefer the Xbox 360 version. Will we have this choice? Thanks!

    32. Missing avatar

      drloser on September 1, 2013

Why don't you create a new gameplay video (with more than 5 sec of gameplay)? Last thing I saw was an alpha version at the gamescom, 2 weeks ago. It does not look good...

    33. Christian Allen, Serellan LLC Creator on July 4, 2013

@Phil - We are working on the playable early access version right now, hopefully we can change your mind. I admit that the gameplay footage we released was rough, because we were focused on getting you footage earlier rather than polishing it, or putting together a super-polished trailer.

@Justin - Mac is still TBD, right now we are focued on PC and Xbox 360. Sadly, KS rules don't allow pledging once the funding is done, but please help us out by spreading the word! We still depend on backers to help us promote this game and appreciate your support!

Curious if it was ever decided to do a mac version? Its mentioned on the KS page as something that would be considered? From my very basic knowledge of Unity, it seems like it should be doable since Unity is multi platform yeah?

Curious if there is a way to pledge extra money at this point? Say If I decided I wanted collectors as opposed to a lower level? I expect not but just thought I would ask :)

Well, I am (from what I have seen from those videos which might not be the best way to experience it) disappointed (which might change of course) because I can't see real tactic. Or options for that. The gameplay looks more like a slow Counter-Strike so far.

    37. Christian Allen, Serellan LLC Creator on June 29, 2013

@Phil, sorry you don't like it. There are quite a few differences from RSV2 like lack of regenerating health, 3rd person cover, etc. But we are an indie team with a small budget, we are focusing on gameplay, if we had an extra 50 or 100 million dollars, maybe we could meet your expectations.

    38. Christian Allen, Serellan LLC Creator on June 29, 2013

@anthony not out of the question, just focusing on PC first then 360 right now.

    48. Sean Hutchinson on April 5, 2013

Hi Guys, I am a little confused regarding your most recent update, why have you teamed up with Zynga and Activision, two of the most reviled companies in the industry after we invested in a crowd funded project? Also what are the cars all about? Just seems like you are bragging about buying a bunch of cars with perhaps a big fat bonus for partnering with these companies? Or was it kickstarter money which was used? Can you also confirm which platforms this game will be released and roughly when it will be released?
