"Resilient Hearts" is a feature film based on true events about a specialty hospital team, called 'Palliative Care', who work with the terminally ill and struggle to accept that they cannot change their patient's outcomes...but they can positively affect their journey through the use of humor, respect, and celebrating life.
The film emphasizes the importance of humor and playfulness as one of our greatest coping mechanisms. These emotions and relationships can provide a means for a patient to retain one’s dignity, regain self-control, and feel “normal”...even if it is only for a few moments.
It’s a ‘no-budget’ film that was done with the belief, compassion, and volunteered help of an amazing cast & crew. Even the hospital was donated to the production days.
We are making a film that has the potential to create am important impact on all of humanity, especially on the medical world and the way healthcare providers treat terminally ill patients with end-of-life care.
We are now in the Post-Production stages of editing and scoring. While we've already come so far on our journey...we need YOUR help, and the funds to finish and complete our film.
The amount we’re asking for is the absolute minimum we need in order to finish our film. Anything above that will only help us to improve the quality and proper distribution of it. Please accept our eternal gratefulness for your donations and financial support that will help get us closer to releasing the film, sharing it with the world, and making an impact on the way terminally ill patients are cared for.

Risks and challenges
Once our film is completed and finished, with YOUR help, our biggest challenge will be the way we distribute the film.
We are dedicating all of our time to make sure we make the right choices for the full completion and distribution platforms of our film. We are striving to maximize the potential and impact “Resilient Hearts” will have on humanity overall, and how introducing new ways will help educate the medical world on treating the terminally ill with this type of care.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
