INTRODUCING THE FINGERSTENDER
When you need just a bit more length to reach, the Fingerstender is the perfect assistant.
The Story of the Fingerstender
Lyn and Deanna met at Pumping Station: One which is Chicago's oldest and largest hackerspace. While at the space one night we started talking about what we could make to improve the lives of others. Lyn mentioned that she created a finger extender. We started to experiment with it and after several versions the Fingerstender was born.
The Fingerstender was originally created 7 years ago because Lyn was not tall enough to reach what she was trying to get to. It has been very handy over the last 7 years for reaching and poking. Recently we magnetized the end so that it could also be used to pick up smaller metal pieces. We also added a different protective coating.

Risks and challenges
Fingerstender has successfully passed the prototype and testing stage, and we are now entering the production phase. As with any campaign, shipping many products at once can be a challenge - however, we will do our best to guarantee a smooth process.
The first 100 sold will be delivered first (estimated December delivery date), followed by the other Kickstarter orders.
We understand that unexpected situations may occur. We promise to maintain open transparency and keep our backers updated at all times.
We appreciate the feedback and support from our fans, and we hope that you are as excited as we are about this innovative new product.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
