We are Wisco Pop: Austin, Hallie and Zac. We have a love for our community, small family farms, children, and wholesome food. We started brewing soda commercially in 2012 as a way to express our beverage obsession. Currently, our delicious sodas are available in 5 gallon kegs or 2.5 gallon dispensers. Many people crave our healthful refreshments to enjoy at home...and that's where you come in...

What are we doing: Our goal is take the best, most natural ingredients and transform them into amazing beverages. You will find our ingredient list prominent and bold because we are so proud of them. We are currently available by the cup in 40 restaurants and cafe's in La Crosse, Viroqua, Madison & Milwaukee. Our customers are excited to finally have a soda they feel good about drinking.
Our Ginger Brew is so versatile, use it to:

- relieve a hot summer day
- support your local farmers!
Why we need you: Let's face it: soda comes from a bottle, that's what we are used to, and that's how we love to drink it. With your support we will set up a complete bottling line and buy equipment for the anticipated growth. Even I am excited to have bottles of Wisco Pop in my fridge so let's make this happen!
A note about our rewards: We wanted to offer soda, but since our soda is made with fresh ingredients it requires refrigeration. We can ship to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois because it will arrive next day. We selected each item in the Wisconsin Foodie Pack because they're part of our community and connected to Wisco Pop. A shout out to Kickapoo Coffee, each one of us has worked there, they roast in the same building we brew in, and support us in many ways. The Amish candy is a reminder of our farming community, around here going to the bank often means parking next to a horse and buggy.

Risks and challenges
June through October we brewed 150 gallons a week, winding down with the weather. So we've grown capable with our systems of order taking, managing inventory, and distribution. Bottling will give us two main challenges to overcome: efficiently using the new equipment while simultaneously meeting demand. We've limited our offering list intentionally, not wanting to spread ourselves too thin as we've gathered feedback for each flavor. Over the past year and a half we've grown confident in a way that only experience can provide.
