A lot of my friends complain about how difficult it is to make bread at home. They have limited success, even with bread machines. Often, they end up with either dense, inedible matter or liquid-paste goop. I decided to use my experiences with making other beginners guides (chocolate truffles and caramels) to do a cookbook on bread that you can make at home, no matter your comfort level in the kitchen.
I'm going to explain simple recipes for great breads. I will break down each recipe into just the basic elements and into step-by-step directions. I will address common problems that occur when making breads and give you the best chances at avoiding these errors. These bomb-proof recipes and guidelines can be used in your average home kitchen. In fact, I will be testing my recipes in my fiance's kitchen, using regular household items, nothing commerical and nothing intimidating.
This beginner's guide cookbook will contain over 30 recipes (not including flavor variations) that cover: traditional breads, "pullman" sandwich loaves, pizza dough, biscuits, rolls, bagels, ethnic breads (naan, Amish Friendship, tortillas, etc...), and specialty breads (banana, breakfast, beer, soda, etc...). This beginner's guide will guide you to bread awesomeness!!!

Risks and challenges
The risk is in completing the book on schedule and making deliveries on time. This project is the third of it's type and I have become more proficient at adapting to difficulties as they come.
