The cost of shipping is a big problem and I've done my best to address it. That said, getting small quantities of games around the world is just a huge expense. When all is said and done, I might actually be losing money by sending games to certain parts of the world. As an independent game publisher, I do not have the quantity of orders to get discounts on shipping. For the game being Kickstarted, I can ship directly to the UK and then have someone else send them out. But, for all the games I have in the U.S., I have to get them first to the U.K., then pay to have them shipped to you. Surprisingly, this is less expensive than me sending individual packages directly to my international backers. It's a huge bummer for me, but the reality is that shipping is a huge cost and, given the small price of this game, it's hard for me to take any other path than to charge for shipping.
