We've hit our initial goal! THANK YOU! And now for the stretch goal...

COMMENCE SCREAMING AND CRYING! We've hit our initial goal! Hurrah! Thank you! Thank you!

NO, seriously, THANK YOU. WE CANNOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH.

Okay, I'm going to chill on the ALL CAPS for a bit and let the gratitude roil back down to an excited simmer.

We're so totally delighted- not only does this mean that we will be able to fulfill our MRAC grant match and help pay for production costs, but it also means that we can reveal our next big dream: A FILMED COPY OF THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY SHOW!

Okay, I know I said that I would cool it on the caps. Sorry. I just feel super excited about having a copy of the show that we can share with backers who are too far away to see the live production, not to mention video proof that we can save in the vaults of the National Monument to Mad King Thomas! (When they finally get around to making one...)

Our stretch goal is $5000- a number we would have laughed at a month ago, but with your love and support, it now feels positively do-able! These additional funds will help us to pay our videographer to capture the show and edit it into a film available to EVERY BACKER via the internet! Our plan is to upload it to vimeo and share the password with the fabulous folks who have backed it. Then you can watch it whenever you like, as many times as you like, with as much glee as you like! If we can swing it, we'll include interviews with our mentors, cast, and of course, Mad King Thomas himself. But since Ken Burns is still out of our price range, we're promising the show itself and dreaming bigger from there.

If the possibility of getting to see Mad King Thomas' 10th Anniversary show from afar (or on repeat, or at your leisure) is exciting to you, please help us continue the fabulous momentum and share our campaign with your friends, fellow-arts lovers and eccentric uncles. Long live the King!
