The thought-provoking, thrilling play "TAPE" at the Hollywood Fringe 2012 could use your support!
We are a group of young artists from the best theatre cities in the country - New York, Chicago, San Francisco and LA - and we've come together in Los Angeles to produce Stephen Belber's TAPE. We could use your support!
TAPE tells the story of Jon and Vince, who find themselves meeting up in a Michigan motel room ten years after their high school graduation. When one of them admits to a past transgression, he discovers that the other is covertly taping the conversation. Beneath its suspenseful, high-stakes surface, TAPE asks the question: "Who decides your truth?"
We're excited to be producing a play that asks universal questions, and we're also very proud to be associated with the Hollywood Fringe for our production. Being part of the Fringe reduces our costs significantly, but we've still found ourselves coming up with unexpected expenses. So we're turning to you - our friends, family and supporters of the arts - for help. A mere $800 will put us back in the black and allow us to bring this important story to Los Angeles theatre audiences!
We'd also love to see you at the show! Tickets and information at www.hollywoodfringe.org/projects/878
