This game was inspired by the challenge of creating a versatile non-numerical die:
The symbols on these dice describe the eleven possible ways that six objects can be grouped - click here for an interactive 3d model.
It is the dice's ability to describe their own grouping pattern that provides the central mechanism for this this game:
Players keep track of their score by using counters on a playing surface:

The game can be played by any number of people but is best suited to groups of 1 to 4 aged 8+. Solo play typically lasts between 5 and 15 minutes with group games taking longer; see FAQ below for rules.
The diagram below shows all the game components:
The dice used in the final project will be manufactured by Q-Workshop. The counters will be plain molded plastic. The playing surfaces will be printed on thick laminated card and the logo on the lid will be printed using the hot foil process to give it a metallic finish in contrast with the texture of the box. This lid also doubles as a dice tray.
A dice only pledge is available for collectors or those who would like to experiment with incorporating this die into their own games.

Risks and challenges
The most variable factors are the lead time for the dice manufacture and transit period for surface mail abroad. The delivery time shown is due to the dice manufacuturer's maximum 3 month lead time - this could be less.
Surface mail delivery is included in the price but not in the project delivery date. Typical surface mail delivery times from the UK to your country should be added.
