We are opening a restaurant in Boulder, Colorado. Our vision is to bring a small piece of Tibetan culture to Boulder through a restaurant that believes that, at the heart of any establishment, is community.
We are creating food that is very pure and health conscious. Our dishes are flavor-forward. The experience will be enriched by the atmosphere of our Tibetan bistro, complete with a sangha table, back herb garden, and a prayer wheel hand-crafted in Tibet.
Our restaurant is a space for locals, for cyclists, for explorers, for the health conscious, and those who enjoy all of the flavors of life.
Our menu will be filled with a thoughtful selection of contemporary food and beverages which include but are not limited to:
- Wholesome local ingredients
- Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, and Paleo-friendly options
- Mind-blowing Momos
- House-made chili sauce
- Kombucha on-draft
- Freshly hopped and crafted to-order beers
- Naturally-infused alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails
We rely on the natural flavor of food to create a truly wholesome and fulfilling dining experience. Our food in the essence of nutritious and delicious.
Risks and challenges
We ask for your help in putting the finishing touches to our vision, including the sangha table and garden. If you are not able to give, please help us spread the word about the community we are building, the journey we are on, and the people we are bringing together for a delicious, unique experience in North Boulder.
This project will be a true culmination of years of personal growth and community involvement.
