Have a question?
Doug, Sorry about the Armada campaign. I'll be keeping an eye out for the re-launch. Also waiting patiently for my Tatoskok! I think you have a great eye for design and execution so I hope to be on-board with your new timepieces. Thank you and stick to your principles!
Thanks to all who supported the Armada campaign! We will definitely relaunch in the future as it did garner much interest. Maybe alongside a chronograph based on the same case design ;)
However, the next launch before the Armada re-launch will be another automatic. Stay tuned and follow us on Facebook for updates.
But first things first, I will deliver the Tatoskok.
Doug, I am very interested in another great watch design by you. Maybe another automatic? For now I am looking forward to the Tatostok. I agree, once this watch ships and we all report of the hopefully great quality, your next project will receive more support.
Please keep this project alive! Lots of interest here, we all want it to happen
NO! This MUST be the next project!
I will definitely re-launch this project as there is considerable interest. But, yes, I will wait to re-launch until the Tatoskok is delivered. I may even launch a different project before this one goes again. Stay tuned!
I'm thinking that is why this isn't getting funded. It's a nice watch for the money, but people probably want to see the other project ship first. I also noticed that the number of backers would increase, and then go down. I'm assuming that is from some backing out after watching the other project.
I honestly would prefer that this campaign goes unfunded this time for Doug's sake. This will go much better if the other project wraps up first. Trying to iron out the kinks on the first project while pushing a second through. It would also give some skittish backers more confidence.
Over 10k still to go, guess this is looking unlikely unless there is a last minute rush.
@Bernard : Same here...Let's hope will reach the goal!
I'm surprised that more aren't looking at this watch. I haven't come across any solar watches that look this nice at this price....
I just jumped in. I'm liking the blue dial. Good luck!
The black bezel just says 'classy' to me, the blue is fresh but the black edges it. However, I think the GP dial adds a touch of modernity making a good looking watch really shine.
Blue bezel and the GP dial - love the dashes as something different. Need to stop looking at watches, my wife is going to kill me!
Blue bezel with the GP dial is a great combo.
Black bezel, GP dial. Looks great! To me, the best looking watch on Kickstarter right now.
Hey Doug - best of luck mate! I'll take a blue bezel (too many black bezel/dial combos haunting my collection right now). Cheers!
Black bezel, sub dial.
Black Bezel, GP dial. Tough call to make, but the GP dial is calling out to me.
Great project, hope it becomes successful! Love the round dial with black bezel!
I've done the steel band and I'm leaning black Bezel with the Sub dial. A much more cost effective and worthy substitute to the James Bond Rolex I've always wanted.
We just need to spread the word if we wanna get fund!
Blue/sub for me. Can't believe people aren't jumping all over this watch. Looks fantastic and has the solar movement too, very tempted to pair it up with a black/gp version too...
Black Bezel/Sub Dial it is!
Black bezel, GP dial, black strap.
Black bezel, sub dial!
But it is a tough decision, like the other styles aswell.
Black GP style dial - blue bezel does it for me!
I'm fond of the Black with the GP dial
Black bezel, GP dial!
I reckon a red crown tube with the blue bezel would look pretty cool. Could that be possible?
I like the Blue bezel with sub dial !
I like the Black Bezel/Sub Dial. Seems like a lot of people here like it too.
I like the "sub" dial with the blue bezel best.
I dig the Black Bezel/Sub Dial as well.
Just noticed the one I like is called the GP Dial, don't know how I missed that before :-), with blue bezel
I like the blue bezel with the dot dial best. I may change my preference to the bar dial just because it's out of the ordinary and you don't see that configuration very often.
Black bezels and sub dial for me!
Blue with hash marks for me as well. date / no date would be cool. Steel on this one I think is a must.
Steel bracelet, blue bezel, hash hour marks. Wish there was a no date option *cough cough*
I like the black bezel with a sub dial the best.
I'm liking the blue bezelled one with stick indices
To me the best combo is the blue bezel with the sub dial. Just has a classic look to it while still looking modern as well.
We need more backers here! Maybe an external review would help (like wristwatchreview or others websites)!
Sapphire is fitted as standard, stretch goal is for a domed sapphire crystal, so it's good either way, I do think a domed crystal with suit this design better though.
Good looking watch, hope we'll get Sapphire glass
25% funded after a day! Thanks to all.
I see a lot of new names here and a lot of familiar ones too :)
I am in aswell! Looking forward to this watch (and to the Tatostok).
First in! Looks great...should be an excellent addition to the collection along with my Tatoskok.
