Add-Ons off the Port Bow!

Were so delighted by the support of our backers, that we want to offer you more opportunities to explore the money = stuff paradigm. This means you can get a copy of the game for a friend, or get an extra Dreadnought Coaster and be talk of the town.

To that end, we present the following Add-Ons (there's a graphical version at the bottom too):

Digital Add-Ons (open to all Tiers):

  • Digital Soundtrack Add-On - £3
  • Digital Download Add-On - £6
  • Digital Download + Beta Release and Forum Access Add-On - £10
Physical Add-Ons (open to Tier £15 and above):
  • Metal Doubloon Add-On - £4
  • Pin-badge Add-On - £4
  • Glossy Poster Add-On - £10
  • DVD and Case Add-On - £12
  • Dreadnought Coaster Add-On - £12
  • Nelly Cootalot T-shirt Add-On - £40

How to Add 'em On:

If you've already backed the campaign, you can increase your pledge by the value of an Add-On. Once funding is successful, we'll send out a backer survey which will allow you to identify the Add-On of your choice.

Note to All-Digital Tiers: If you're an all-digital backer above £15 (Cyber Monkey, Virtual Pirate, Digital Rogue or Digital Drunkard) I won't stop you from getting a Physical Add-On, but please add £2 for UK postage or £5 for international postage.

Thanks again for the support and the helpful suggestions we're receiving. Let's go into the last ten days with our cutlass in hand, our teeth gritted, our eyes closed and wildly flail our way to victory!

GeekJen: Do you mean me signing stuff? I can't imagine anyone wanting to pay for *my* signature.

Serena: Sorry the T-shirt is a bit pricey, but they're expensive to print in small numbers and we have to make sure there is money left to fund the game after the costs have been deducted.

Another idea for either a new tier or as an add-on : sign stuff. Like the poster or the DVD case. Costs nothing except a dead arm and could bring more pieces of eight. And only a one armed pirate is real pirate. All others are landlubbers. Arrrrrrrr.

      Phew. $60 for a t-shirt? Seems a bit steep.

GeekJen: You can have our choice of a Nelly pin-badge or a spoonbeak pin-badge as an add-on. As for the lock of my hair... lets wait 9 and a half days and see how desperate I get!

    5. GeekJen (OotG Knight Commander) on

Oh, and we are missing the add-on price for a lock of your lovely pirate-y hair or just a flick of this gingery piece of pleasure. I would like to staple-gun it to my head.

Are the "Bucaneer"-level spoonbeak pin-badge and the add-on badge the same?

I love wildly flailing sharp objects with my eyes closed!

Hey, the doubloons are made of solid... metal. That's basically the same as gold, right?

    9. Kasper Finknottle on

Well I was hoping for a solid gold DVD case, but these options are also worth burying in the sand under a large X.

      lemon-y fresh victory is ours!

Thank you for protecting my friends table from the dreaded.... water. Also can now start my campaign to change our (Australian) currency to doubloons.
