About

Our North Pole fantasy world is a first realm in which commonly themed, family friendly, social games are grouped.  The first two games in the Kringle Realm provide the choice between a third person, multi-player, strategy game or a social networking activity game.   So, Santa is offering both a year-round winter game and a seasonal networking game.
      Coming soon to the North Pole – more year-round activities and games!

We have already built the underlying economic software utilities to  automatically track, exchange, and report virtual and real monies.  Players will be able to skip from game to game, and even realm to realm, without pausing to convert usable funds in their account.

This project is about creating the first realm portal with the first two games.

Snow Fort is a third-person, small group, strategy game.  Your role is to be the coach and trainer for a team.  You will play either the computer (very early levels for mostly learning purposes) or other teams.  You and your friends will form leagues of 4 to 10 teams to play a season and finally determine a league champion.

The Equipment

Just like the real world, equipment has different criteria and grades.  The table below shows how we evaluate the available equipment and assign it to the appropriate level of play.

The Players

There are three classes of players: scouts, regulars and builders.

Advanced levels of play will allow coaches to have varying numbers of each type of player in order to fill their strategic needs and plans.  

Game Winning Scenarios

There are many ways to win!  Capture the Flag – Last "Man" Standing – Last Snow Fort Standing – and Timed Win on Hits!!!!

Santa has decided to make available his official Naughty or Nice Index, so that everyone may track and “improve” their score.  You will be able to change your current score by sending special (and amusing!) virtual gifts to your friends and family.  This game is server-based and will be initially optimized for web-site play and Facebook.

Scoring Participation

Kringle hasn’t decided how many naughty points to give for the sending of Christmas fruit cakes. So, part of the fun of sending a fruit cake will be your friends and family getting to decide just how many naughty or nice points you receive for sending it.

The Awards Program

The “Bless Your Heart” award program is designed to give special recognition for your accrued efforts in social networking.  These coveted awards will display proudly on any virtual wall such as your Facebook Timeline or your desktop wallpaper.

    Lump of Coal Award – for those who are especially naughty

As the popularity of this networking activity grows, more intricately detailed awards will be created and presented.

Pazzam Studio was launched to create social games of a fun, whimsical, and competitive nature.  One of our main goals is to have successful veterans mentoring up-and-coming talent.

Virtual Rewards

Pazzam Virtual Currency:  How does our currency policy affect your rewards?  Simple.  Starting at the $5.00 backer level, we are going to reward your patronage with 125% Pazzam Tokens.  (We round up on partial tokens!)

The eBook:  This is an ebook from a previous project that contains “helpful hints.”  The authors have decided to offer it to our backers as well.  (Illustrated by Sam Noerr)

The Backer’s Mark: All of our backers, who contribute at least $25, will receive a Backer’s Mark displayed after their name on game screens.  The look and sophistication of these marks will progess upward with the level of support.

Game Play Items:  Within the Snow Fort game we will be offering different items for coaches to purchase to help their players.  Though 4 grades of virtual goods are planned, only 2 grades are usable inside of this release.  Bargain and Value virtual game play items are offered to our backers according to their level of support.  For the highest levels of support, Artistic Enhancements to some virtual goods are also offered.

The Suggestion Box: All of our backers of at least $25 will be able to send a suggestion to the game developers concerning the creation of a new Naughty or Nice gift or gag OR a new Snow Fort virtual item.  When several similar item suggestions are submitted, credit for the idea will be given to the first submission, if we use the idea.

Game Tester Accounts: There are three levels of testing accounts – Alpha, Beta, and Play.  As a tester you could be instrumental in helping shape the games.  You will be encouraged to give feedback on game balance, on how the games look and feel, and if you encounter problems. Expect your reward account(s) early in the development cycle.

    Alpha Testers see the game when the producer thinks it’s ready.  The play often has a not-quite-there-yet look and feel and will probably be incomplete.  Alpha Testers will also have Beta and Play Accounts.
    Beta Testers see the game when it’s almost ready.  Most, if not all, features should be in the game.  Beta Testers will also have Play Accounts.
    Play Test Accounts will play the finished game early for free.  You will help us test the speed of the game when there are lots of players on the servers at the same time.  Of course there are always last-minute problems.  Play Testers are encouraged to find them!
