MOVI, a standalone speech recognizer shield for Arduino
Audeme was founded when Gerald Friedland and Bertrand Irissou met to work on acoustic hardware for mobile robots in 2014 at the University of California at Berkeley. They quickly realized there was a need for an off-line state of the art speech recognizer that could be added to any project and would not require a connected PC or a WIFI connection. They decided to develop the MOVI shield for Arduino to empower Makers around the world with the ability to talk to their project.
