Originally designed to add another layer of flavor to everyday dishes, compound butters with their handcrafted blend of fresh herbs and spices, succumbed to the relentless march of mass produced, processed butter. Today, the only place you are likely to see a traditional compound butter is in a high-end restaurant.
With Renegade Butters, I want to change all that. I want to ship fresh, handcrafted compound butters directly to you. With a variety of sweet and savory blends, well, these aren't your ordinary butters!
I have been in the food industry for 22 years, traveling the world to explore flavors and methods. I also own and run a successful catering business, Taste of Zion. I hand-select each ingredient for my blends and craft them with love and care. Of course, anyone can blend flavors, but can they do it well? I have spent years perfecting the ratios, honing the process, and producing the product. When you order Renegade Butters, you aren't just getting butter, you're getting expertise.
Take my Mediterranean Butter, for example. I begin the fusion process by roasting sweet red peppers and hand chopping imported Kalamata olives. Then I add my secret blend of herbs, a hint of lemon, and mix in fine crumbled feta, all harmonizing together in the butter for that ideal texture and flavor balance. It's a science, and you could say I have my degree. I want food to be a wonderful experience for everyone and my gourmet line of Renegade Butters helps take your meals to the next level.
Quality ingredients are a priority, and what makes my butters so amazing is precisely mixing these ingredients in such a way as to add flavor without overpowering a dish. Through tireless experimentation, years of study, and extensive taste-testing, I have perfected my Renegade Butter blends. By adding organic spices, herbs, nuts, or berries to locally sourced butter, I have created a world of possibilities. And I'm thrilled to share them with you!

Never fear! Cold packs are here! I ship your butters with cold packs and 1-3 day Priority Mail, ensuring their swift and delicious arrival. Every butter comes in a sturdy mason jar-- the perfect way to seal in flavor until you're ready to release the Renegade.
When your butters arrive, I recommend refrigerating them right away. Once refrigerated, the butters last for months without losing any flavor. You can also freeze your butters to keep a fully stocked inventory.
Renegade Butters come in sweet and savory blends. On the sweet side, I'm offering fresh Apricot Butter, Honey Pecan Butter, Maple Walnut Butter, and Orange Cranberry Butter. Representing the savories, I have zesty Garlic Parmesan Butter, Mediterranean Butter, Thai Curry Butter, and Tex Mex Butter. I'm constantly experimenting with ingredients and combinations, so exciting new flavors are always on the horizon.
