Rectifying Unfulfilled Orders
Hello to all my backers,
I would like to first start by sincerely apologizing to those of you who have not received your rewards. While the majority of the rewards were sent out, most of which were very happily received, there are a few dozen of you that have fallen through the cracks.
The issue started when Kickstarter updated their CRM which compromised my fulfillment records. I have also not been receiving notifications for certain backer comment sections, so I apologize for missing those messages as well.
I would also like to say that I never intended to scam anyone. Admittedly, I have had administrative issues, but I never intentionally ignored those backers whose orders were not received.
As best as I am able to discern my records, it appears that a couple dozen backers, mostly at the $10 donation level, are those that are left to receive their orders.
If you have not received your order, please contact me privately at email@example.com I am offering fulfillment or refunds to these backers and will deal immediately and individually with requests to this end.
Thank you again, to all of you who supported my first attempt at crowd-funding. And again, I truly regret the circumstances of those backers who have not yet been fulfilled. I hope that each of you will give me the chance to redeem myself.
