Cooking for many years and living and working in Detroit, Miami, & San Francisco. I was a chef for many years that inched his way into management. I want to own a business that deals in food. While I would love to open a cafe I have always felt the special foods area was for me. I play around with sauces products and ideas all the time. At this point I feel I am motivated and prepared to take it to the next level.
