Kimberly, you did not respond to the survey last October nor to follow up messages. Since you did respond this morning we will ship your unit immediately.

Thank you again for your early support of iFetch!

I still have not received my ifetch (I live in CT).Can you give me an approximate arrival date? It seems that most have had them for more than a month.

My iFetch won't launch the balls. It launched them for a few time and then it was like it got tired and just plops them out in front of it or won't launch at all. $75 is a lot of money to spend for something that won't work. Can I return the iFetch for a refund?

Hello! Thanks for the update, what is the exact fix you are referring to for the slobber? I have tried purchasing squash balls but after a few throws, it gets stuck as well. My dog and I love the ifetch!

Would be great if you can further go into details as to what the "fix" is regarding the slobber balls in all future units be manufactured.

I'm my mind, I'm thinking of the spinning wheels being redesigned with "teeth" to grip the balls (wet or dry).

If that is the case, can we backers pitches these new spinning teeth wheels at a discounted price and instructions to do yourself.

I'm thinking of adding "grip" tape to the spinning wheels if there is no solution for us backers of the 1st production run.

      Thanks.
