Variable speed is an industry first feature : Normal Speed / High Speed / Jogging Mode
Normal Speed - spin 200 times in 1 minute
High Speed - spin 235 times in 1 minute
Jogging Mode is an industry first feature. Once you have selected jog mode and set up your yarn position on the cone, you now have the ability to switch between normal and high speed modes. This can be particularly useful for uneven yarn. This mode also helps to ensure a good shape for the yarn cake that is wound.
Cone: Compatible with hand-operated winder cones. The cone also can be taken off!
Electric Rotation Counter: Also is an industry first feature.This counter will do the data work for you. It will count when the cone spin one circle, it will help you to measuring the weight, size of the yarn ball to ensure that all your yarn balls are the same size and convert to many useful data.

We have been hard at work on research to find factories which we can trust to bring our WeaveR prototype from the ideation stage to the final product over the past year. October, 2017. Our very first sample of the WeaveR was completed. This was an incredibly fulfilling moment on my journey. The biggest drawback though, is that there are insufficient funds for further mold development and mass production plans. The positive news is that with your support, I can bring my dream to reality and make this happen really soon!

From 1980 to a new generation
Since the 1980s, machine knitting has been a highly popular industry in Hong Kong. I joined this industry when I was just 20 years old. Since then, I have expanded my experience and have been fortunate enough to discover ways to sell products onlinewhile the local industry has been in a slump since the 1990s. In this way, I have been able to stay in the industry, which I have become increasingly passionate about over the years.
Creativity is my life and I really enjoy the innovative potential inherent in the knitting industry. Every time I have developed a new invention, it has been a hot online sales success. I have focused on solving knitter's problems, and with consultation, have created products which offer unique solutions and make their lives easier. They agree with my ideas, since we have shared the same experiences. Although knitting is a traditional handicraft, progress has provided the opportunity to move with the times. New inventions and tools make it possible to improve the quality of products, increase production, and have fun while working.
Risks and challenges
Our experience in the knitting industry tells us that the WeaveR will meet consumer needs. Consultation with potential users has been very positive, and we are confident about our project because we have done our research well.
I also have had great success in introducing another innovative product to the knitting machine industry, named the Garter bar and 18/24/30/40 stitches Punch card rolls. This is a sponge for knitting needles, which has enjoyed a lot of support and success. These were easy to make and affordable for the mass production phase, since they required little input. I am not a novice innovative entrepreneur, and know what needs to be done. The WeaveR, however, contains lot of parts, which require new molds and various electronic components. We have already solved all the mechanical problems, but now funding for mold development and mass production is necessary to bring this product to market. To achieve this goal, I need your support!
Adjusting the rotation speed and stabilizing the WeaveR has been a fun challenge for me, and will have a positive effect on the quality of the yarn ball used. I believe users will love WeaveR and use it often.
