We have created an extruder that use pellets of polymers and extruders a continuous filament. This is a great device that can be used as a filament extruder for creating and/or recycling materials for a 3D Printers.
We have already proven this concept of extruding a filament works. We are seeking funds to further develop the prototype into a product for DIYers. Helps us help the DIYers of 3D Printer by bringing the concept to life!

With this device you can blend a variety of colored polymers (plastics) together to extrude a unique color array to use with you 3D Printer!

Interchangeable Tips: his system uses interchangeable nozzle tips. You can change the tips as you wish!
PID Temperature Control: There is a temperature control on the extrusion barrel. This allows for full control of the material viscosity. This means you can control the material flow thru the chamber and out the tip. The PID controllers which allows for efficient heating. Up to 500 degrees Celsius!
Independent extrusion speed: The end-user have full control on the extrusion speed. You can regulate how fast of slow the extrude spins!.
Power motor: This system use a Nema 23 High torque motor. This motor allows the handling of a variety of polymers.
Risks and challenges
