If you've been following my updates on social media, then you already know my second solo album is coming together nicely and my plan is to bring a finished product out around February 2016. Since the very beginning of my solo-career with the release of RUST, the support from my fans has been outstanding and for that I am forever grateful.
However, the music world is changing!
Record labels and recording budgets fade away as the artist has a shorter line to get in touch with its audience. Crowd Funding seems to be the modern way of realizing your musical projects and reaching out to the anticipating audience.
Even though modern technology has made recordings easier and cheaper these days, there are certain parts in the process you just can't pass by if you want a quality product at the end.
Mixing, mastering, artwork and of course the pressing of the actual CD are all stages where I rely on professionals within each department to make a better job at it than I could ever do. All in all, I want to make this product the best possible for years of listening enjoyment for all of you.
I thank you very much for your support.
Please follow me on social media for latest updates, even after the end of the Crowd Funding.
Risks and challenges
Of course there are always risks and challenges that come with getting a new project off the ground, but I’ve ‘been there done that’ with my first solo-album, as well as working on over thirty albums with other bands, so I know what it takes to bring a new project to life.
Completing and sharing my new music isn't just for myself - It's for you too; and I promise you won't be disappointed! Check out the ‘Pledge’ options and choose the one that fits your budget and desire.
Your support means a lot to me, so thank you in advance for your help in bringing my project from a dream to reality. The only possible risk that I can foresee, would be lack of funding.
