About this project
Our crew is a group of students from around the world who love telling stories and making art. We hope to raise our goal so that we can buy props, costumes, models and a whole bunch of other materials to make this video happen.
The story, told in Spanish, is about a troubled boy who is afraid of time and paranoid about going to school. The classroom, teachers and students are more like drones and the school building resembles a factory. His mom drops him off and tells him that before he knows it, she’ll be back to pick him up and the day will be over. He is given an entrance exam that sucks him into a vortex, launching him through time and bombarding him with surreal visions of the academic world. He sees the stories of others as well as his future self. The exam spits him back out into his own future. Where he ends up is not at all where he started, and no one seems to notice.
"A Future" will be shot over the course of about ten months in Boston, MA and South Texas. The project is a mix of live action, stop-motion and computer animation.

Risks and challenges
We are challenged with completing this project as we keep up with our grades; organizing, assembling and working on shoots apart from our busy school work. The switch from shooting in Boston with the full crew to shooting in Texas with only part of the crew might also be difficult because there won't be as many hands to work on the project.
We are completely qualified to fully accomplish this project because we are diligent, hardworking and have previous work to show for it.
