Oh, No! Not Another Update!

This one's really short. {smile} In this case, comments posted in various spots of my project have pushed me (in a good way) into revealing the new logo (well, the logo, since I didn't really have one before) for Improbable Objects.

I knew I needed an "improbable object" for my logo. The paradox is, as a logo, any object I use has to be so incredibly iconic that almost anybody would recognize it immediately from just its silhouette, even when it's a teensy-weensy silhouette. On the other hand, it has to be improbable; which means it has to be an object nobody's ever seen before.

"Hmm! Tricky!" says Mr. Smock.

But not impossible.

The Improbable Electric Lamp (without the writing) is also what, hopefully, will be embossed into the leather of the bags that, if things go well, will be available in a few months. Oops, was that my outside voice?

That logo would've been excellent as either:

      A) A normal gem (the white gem would've looked great with that in my opinion)
      B) The token of appreciation.

Dave let me come help him make Penny Gems yesterday! I took a ton of photos and some video, and wrote a blog post. Please "thumb" it if you enjoy it. :-) http://boardgamegeek.com/blogpost/10794/penny-gems-a-special-artisans-workshop-tour Dave, if you find errors, please message me here, text me, or email me so I can correct at once. Love it! Please make it so that we can buy extra bags too with the next KS so we can outfit our sets from this KS project. Thanks!
