Lisa Edoff Design Silk Scarves
A silk scarf is the epitome of retro chic; it can look elegant, cool, girly, strict or fun! Lisa Edoff is a Swedish designer obsessed with prints and patterns, she has created some award winning designs and teamed up with a master silk printer, now it's time to launch the collection!
Our scarves are made of 100% silk, it's the softest, loveliest silk you can imagine. They are all designed by Lisa, the illustrations are hand drawn and then coloured digitally or painted in watercolour. The scarves are printed and hand finished in the UK by silk specialists.
The scarves come in three sizes: large or medium classic square for the vintage lover, or a long version for the modern chica.

About Lisa Edoff Design
Lisa Edoff Design is all about fabulous pattern design teamed with quality and craftsmanship to create lovely products that will make you happy!
The company is run by me, Lisa, from my home studio in Stockholm, Sweden. I design all of the patterns and illustrations that are printed on the scarves, they are a mix of hand drawing, painting and digital techniques.
I work with the best companies to manufacture my products, the scarves are printed and hand finished in England, by silk specialists. I try to work with producers located in Sweden or the UK, to minimise environmental damage, and assure the skilled craftsmen and women get a fair pay for their work.
I find inspiration for my designs in old folk tales, pop culture, architecture and of course nature. The Magnolia design was created when I lived in North London and saw the beautiful Magnolia trees on my street bloom every spring, after a few weeks the flowers were gone but their shape and colours remained in my memory.
I've always been a scarf-lover, I really appreciate the beautifully intricate designs on classic vintage scarves and I love the feel of super soft silk. The idea of a collection of silk scarves with my designs have been on my mind for a long time, I finally took the step to develop a sample collection last year and the feedback has been fantastic. One of my scarves was even nominated for a prestigious design award here in Sweden!
Now I need your help to start the production of the scarves, I hope you'll love them as much as I do and that together we can make it happen!
The goal of this Kickstarter is to start the first production run of Lisa Edoff Design silk scarves, if we reach our funding goal we'll be able to order our first batch from the manufacturers in England. Any remaining funds will go towards investing in the company and hopefully keep growing and developing new products.

Risks and challenges
We are extremely happy with the producers of the scarves, a sample collection has already been made to excellent standards, so we are confident that the production will go smoothly. The main challenge will be the organisation on our side, there are risks involving shipping to many different countries and because we have quite a few different options for rewards, the challenge will be effectively fulfilling every customers needs.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
