Dear Memory Club,
Happy spring! We wanted to bring you up to speed on our latest, as Unforgettable is coming into shape, on schedule to arrive in your mailboxes spring 2017.
A draft of the entire book is now complete, and we are already deep into revises. We have also begun exploring paper and binding options.
Thanks to your generous support of our campaign, Emily was able to hire an assistant to help her cook through the recipes, a recent graduate of the San Francisco Cooking School named Nathalie Arch. SFCC recently asked Nathalie to blog about a day in the life of the project. Nathalie wrote a terrific post about our last photo shoot with Paula, when we photographed dishes from her iconic book, The Cooking of Southwest France. Click here to read more.
