Mission: I have found a co packer that can produce the amount of beef jerky that I need to distribute to stores throughout New England. I will start with Teriyaki Beef Jerky and Rosemary Garlic Beef Jerky. In the future I would like to expand my market but for now New England will be my market area. I will need $3800.00 to kickstart my business. The money will go to manufacturing and packaging Janey’s Beef Jerky for resale.
Making and selling beef jerky is a passion of mine. In the future I would like to open my own store where customers can order a customized beef jerky made with their favorite beer or wine.
