Turn That Frown Update Down!
The project is one week old! Happy birthweek!
(Unless the project was alive from its conception, in which case the project is even older and wiser than anyone thought. If you get wiser when you're gestating. Which you probably do. That's when your brain goes from being nothing to being something, which I believe is the biggest possible change, by a factor of infinity percent.)
In any event, thanks for being a part of it still and forever. Here are some things that might be relevant or entertaining or neither:
1. A guy walking by me on the street paused his ipod and took his earphones out so he could fully engage me (a pretty big deal in today's fast-paced, high-tech culture) with this statement (the content of which is less a big deal than the delivery method): "Your kickstarter project was great. Fucking great."
2. Google Plus has a thread going on that I started about this project, and it's gotten out of control, mildly. Can you believe it? That Google Plus still exists?
3. I have honed in on what I believe art is NOT on the Reddit thread: "something not created by a conscious being AND that is never seen by conscious beings (and thus cannot evoke feelings, because there is no feeler to feel)" ... so come join the fun, ask questions, say comments, fight! Or don't!
4. People have been making some good comments and asking some good questions that have joined the FAQs. You can be a part of it. You ARE a part of it. I am commenting on you, thus you are now a part of the comments whether you like it or not. But you can be even MORE a part of it (and now you are, and this could go on forever... and it will! But just in my head as a mathematical extrapolation, I will not continue writing until I die... I mean, I may continue writing until I die, generally speaking, but not the same thing over and over again... unless that's all any of us are doing, if life is nothing more than a Sisyphean nightmare. But I don't think it is. So I'll stop here. Boulder, meet top of hill! Hell over!)
So, that's all for now, and for much longer than now. Thanks again for being! Talk to you soon maybe! (It might be up to you.)
