The Nancy Silverton shoot last week was amazing. Pictured here are Nancy's Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits that will be featured in our Classics section. They are perfect for any occasion.

We are very excited to be filming Barbuto chef/owner Jonathan Waxman next week in New York. Pioneering California cuisine at Chez Panisse, Jonathan brought its tenets of regional flavors and fresh, local produce to NYC. Jonathan will be guiding us through thirteen recipes including a Thanksgiving meal complete with Roast Heritage Turkey, Oyster Stuffing and a Hubbard Squash Pie with Cinnamon Ice Cream. His "Weeknight Supper" of Hanger Steak with Salsa Picante is simple and delicious.
