Sorry you're having trouble with the App. I will try and address the issues you've outlined and will also have someone from our support area weigh in as well. In the future the best place to report issues is on the support tab of pannacooking.com. Emails are responded to twice daily.
Regarding being charged twice, while the messaging says your credit card has been charged, if you look closely at the invoice you received from Apple, in the upper right section, it should say that this purchase was credited against your credit. If it doesn't, please send us a copy of the invoice and we'll help investigate it.
As for the sound problem, if you follow these steps it will resolve it.
A: Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Use Side Switch To:" and change it to "Mute." Using the switch on the side of your iPad make sure MUTE is set to OFF. Now go back to "Settings" > "General" > "Use Side Switch To:" and change it back to "Lock Rotation." Next, quit Panna by double-tapping the Home button and holding your finger down on Panna until a red X appears. Tap the red X. Now relaunch Panna and audio should function normally.
If you're having any further issues with the app please let us know and we'll get you sorted. So far we've been able to fix 100% of the issues reported.

I wrote you an email and never heard back... Initial i downloaded it with the code, I was charged regardless, so i feel a bit ripped off. 2. the voice on the videos was silent, so i re-uploaded the app, now nothing works. Again i fee a bit ripped off, the 20 mins or so i spent with it was great, love the content, and could imagine using it, if only it worked and i didnt have to pay twice for the content. what is your solution?
I sent an email to support to ask for comments and shed light on how the life time subscription tier works. As i noticed the redeem code is just a cash credit into itunes for redeeming in panna for 1 year subscription.

I do not think that I have seen a finer presentation of a great product. It is always that one little thing that is either left unexplained or left to the users own interpretation that makes a difference . Heres to great meals! Best to you.
