There are many reasons why I love to make chocolate and why I choose to share my passion with the world. But there is nothing like the feeling of fulfillment when someone tries one of my chocolates and delights in the taste that is well made chocolate.
The smell of melting chocolate and of caramel as it becomes a beautiful amber colour, is truly intoxicating. The clicking of my metal spatulas as they touch my counter top tempering the chocolate. The tap tap tapping of my rubber hammer against my mould as I create my cavities. The satisfying sound as each chocolate falls to the counter top as I unmould. The beautiful image of my finished product as I take a photo of the undisturbed beauty. And the looks on my customer's faces as they pop a bon bon into their mouths and emit a sensual moan in the ecstasy that is chocolate.
When I take a moment to indulge in my own chocolate cravings, I notice the difference in quality my chocolate possesses.The crunch as the hard exterior breaks open to reveal the delectable liquid inside is thrilling for your taste buds. As the center spreads out, it fills your mouth with bliss. It's a surprise as the saltiness arises just after the sweet caramel, as is the case with my salted caramel Bon Bons. It all culminates in a wonderful sensory experience and a peace of mind that only chocolate can give you.
This is the beginning of my online business and I hope to one day have a pastry shop which reaches beyond chocolate and into my passion for pastry.
I just want to share my passion with the world, and make a living doing it. It's an obsession really. A reason to keep working hard, and to continue to try new flavours. It drives my days and fills my nights with dreams of things to come.
It's my reason for being.

Risks and challenges
There is only one problem I foresee arising when it comes to my business.
It is making sure that the chocolates don't melt while they are being transported to their new home.
To fix this, I am looking into some very thin gel packs that I can include in the shipping to keep the chocolates cool.
Otherwise, seeing as I have lots of time to make sure my deadlines are met, I can't foresee any problems that may keep me from making sure my dedicated backers receive their rewards.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
