I still haven't received my personalized dust jackets etc. Anyone else?
Received the Godlearner and Nysalorian certificates as well as the personalized dustjackets. Damn hard to choose whether to use the Godlearner or Illuminate dustjackets...
Still missing at least the Molad d20 and Greg "archival" map set. Everything so far has been top quality though.
Any update on the premium rewards for high level backers?
I am still missing a reshipment of maps.
My maps arrived in the UK today - thanks.
The missing maps have arrived and look great. Thanks!
Has anybody who was missing maps received them yet?
I have my book:, delivered to my place of work last Friday, about ten minutes after I left for a week. Still, I have them now.
Nice. So nice.
Heavy. So heavy.
I have to carry them home now!
Grr. UPS. Oh well. Hopefully they'll eventually get around to actually delivering the books rather than just fruitlessly driving them around town and failing to deliver them... 'Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later.'
Reading throught the books it only now, after getting the physical copies, dawns on me how much work and love has gone into them. This must be the most detailed fantasy world ever and I'm very happy to be part of it through my past and future games. Great work and thank you very much!
Received the books, OMG! I'm lost for words... most impressive!
Although the latest update suggests that the maps went out with the initial shipments.
"The shipments we have sent out should have the following range of items in them, based on what you ordered: Two Volume set of the Guide, Argan Argar Atlas, 6 poster map set (folded) of Genertela, and the 24 poster map set of Glorantha. Epic as those things are, those are what we refer to as the "core" products."
Update 65 (Aug 12) talks about missing maps being sent later on due to a damaged shipment - it does say 6 maps too.
Ok. I was thinking it was unlikely that I'd missed them, but you never know...
"Just in case I've missed them in the books somewhere"
I double-checked the packaging and every page of all three books. No maps tucked in. (And at the size described, they would be quite bulky).
Sooty, where were your maps? Just in case I've missed them in the books somewhere.
The Add-ons and the FAQ on the main page say it was originally 4 maps, but was expanded to 5. Not sure why 6...
Ah well, I'm sure the maps will turn up eventually.
Got it today. Very big books. And heavy. And big. And gorgeous beyond belief. Did I mention that they also were big?
Am now deleriously happy!
Ooh, I meant to say I backed at Rune Lord/Priest level, too. So I imagine you should have the same set of maps.
This was six folded pages of nice maps. Sorry, I'm still having to work so I haven't had a proper chance to look at them.
I'm sure that the number of maps in the folded poster set changed during the backing period. And it's long enough ago that I can't remember what the final answer was. I have a vague memory that the number of maps increased.
But there are definitely six. I counted them. The label on the shrinkwrap was: "ISS2005-6P GENERTELA 6 POSTER SET"
It's 6 maps, each the size of 8 A4 pages, covering the whole of Genertela. Same style as the maps in the Guide, like say on page 276 of volume 1. But without hexes.
I'm expecting a 4 page set with folded rather than rolled maps.
"RUNE LORD/PRIEST: High Priest reward level, plus 4 folded Central Genertela Maps."
Looking at the add-ons, the 24 maps set comes rolled in a tube, so I suspect it might ship separately.
6 page maps set? I can only see a 5 map or 8 map set.
I wish I'd ordered the 24-map set now! How does the 6 page set look?
Having giving it a once over, the rest of the books seem okay and are quite, quite lovely. But I'm also missing the 24-map set that I ordered as an add-on.
I've got the 6-page map set, but not the 24-page map set add-on.
Got mine today (in AT)! The package was intact, and it included the maps.
The delivery guy laughed at me when he dropped in my arms and I stumbled under the weight :)
Mine has arrived, but both ends of the package were gaping open. One end of the package was soaking wet, too.
Most of the contents were shrinkwrapped and seem to have survived okay, though I haven't had a chance to give them a proper check yet as I only just came home from work.
But the Argan Argar Atlas wasn't shrink-wrapped and clearly got very wet. It's all wrinkly and has ink that has run.
I'm rather disappointed.
A heavy package in the hallway when I got home. Three books have arrived and look magnificent! However, there are no maps for me either.
Got mine at about 10.30am today. Wow, stunning.
I've just heard that mine has been delivered - apparently it has the 3 books, but there are no maps included (5 maps for Rune Lord/Priest I believe) - are they being sent separately? The package was not sealed at one end, and there is no packing note so I don't know if they were included or not. Thanks.
My copy arrived yesterday too. Im totally blasted by the quality. Please, go on and move to the next Kickstarter!
Mine just arrived (Germany here). Joy!
ditto here for the 23rd
I got the shipping notification as well! (UK)
Tracking Number here as well... planned delivery OCT 23! ... :-)
Tracking number received in France :-D
Just received my shipping notification and tracking number in the UK! :-)
Seconded! An update would be nice. it's been 12 days since Pegasus got the EU stuff in house. Is it shipped? or will it happen after Essen?
I guess we are running into Essen time, so Pegasus are going to be a bit busy for the next week. But it would be great if we could get a brief update.
Can we get an update from Pegasus Spiele?
Yeah, have the EU packages gone out?
Anyone in Europe got their parcel from Germany yet?
see latest shipping update!
Chomping at the bits for a new Update here...
please see latest update.
Any news about Europe ?
And arrived in Europe? Or not? Time for an update!
3 days to landing...
I've had the same issue as Ming. I can see why they might not want to ship rolled maps, given that the form factor would require them to send them separately at an even higher shipping cost, but personally I would have made arrangements to cover the extra cost. They're beautiful maps, and it would be nice to have them in a pristine, frameable condition.
Finally got a chance to leaf through my copies after seeing them initially at Gencon. Man, these are _nice_. I mean, really nice. So worth the wait.
