Time to crank things up a gear as you trudge through your opponents' hoards. Dig deep for shiny loot and get out with whatever you can! Bury your spoils and line the walls with tricksy trinkets, traps and the occasional mechanically inclined Dwarf. Because when you're a Troll with an arsenal of gizmos and gadgets, there's no time for playing nice.
Ultimate Troll is a quick and chaotic party game for 2-4 Trolls looking to ruin someone's day. If you like games with the same flamboyant and manic attitude as Smash Up or Munchkin, then it's time to get your mechanically augmented Troll on!
Get ready to slam your brain into reverse, because Ultimate Troll is unique in that cards are not played from your hand. Instead, they are placed face down, creating a keenly (or not so keenly) devised cavern of ludicrous loot and dastardly traps that your opponents will attempt to steal from. Chaotic cards can affect anyone, keeping players active and engaged at all times... just don't forget to practice that maniacal laugh for when your opponents' carefully laid plans go horribly, horribly wrong.
"Although this is a great gateway game, it will also satiate the appetites of the more hard core gamers out there."

Risks and challenges
This is Slinky Gibbon's second Kickstarter launch so we already have an established relationship with the printers and fulfillment company that we'll be working with.
Playtesting for Ultimate Troll Episode 2 started long before Episode 1 was up on Kickstarter - making sure that the game still played smoothly when combining the decks. We've been tinkering with it night and day to make it as smooth as possible.
All the art assets are on track to be finished by the time the Kickstarter campaign wraps up, so it will be straight on to printing to get everything out to our backers post haste.
Our last Kickstarter, Ultimate Troll Episode 1 reached the vast majority of our backers within three to four months after the campaign finished. Now, with even more experience than before we're looking at having Episode 2 delivered in December and are currently in the process of negotiating with the jolly red man up north to have these little boxes of mayhem stuffed in stockings, ready for Christmas. (Fingers crossed.)
